2. What accessories come with the inflatables?

Air blowers (CE/UL/GS approved) and repair kits(including the same color's material, glue). Please contact for details!

3. Can we change the shape, size, color or printing based on the original design?

Yes, OEM service is accepted.

4. Can you make some designs that are not listed on Spring website?

Yes, please send us specific requirements, preferred with photos and dimension. We have professional Design Department and customize your own design.

5. Do you have in stock?

Some items are available for immediate delivery, Brand New. Ple contact us for our update stock list.

6. Do you have any Warranty?

For normal usage, 3 years seam to seam warranty from the date of shipment to Buyer.

7. How to order?

1). Please specify the items and order quantity you need with any special requirements if you have.

8. What is the packing?

Packing to be made by two-layer packages,can keep the goods in good condition. Inner packing:Carpet+ Outer Packing: PVC Tarpaulin;it is ideal for long-distance transportation.

9. How about the lead time?

It really depends on the exact items(the size,structures),order quantity;for 1pc 30’ Length inflatable game,the lead time is within one week.

10. Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?

Yes, if you have your own forwarder in China, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. In this way, you don't need to pay the shipping cost to us.

11.To which countries will you ship inflatables?

12. Can you arrange the shipping for us and what is the shipping cost?

Yes, we can arrange the shipping for you. Please tell us the items, quantity (weight & volume) and port of delivery (address), so we check with shipping company and quote you best price with details.

13.What is the lifespan of an inflatable?

The lifespan of an inflatable depends entirely the amount of care with which the owner treats it.Regular cleaning and storage of the inflatable in a dry area contribute to a long lifespan.We access that the average lifespan to be 4 to 5 years.

14.Can the inflatable be stored if it is wet?

We don't recommend storing wet,folded up inflatables for more than 2-3 weeks,if you are not planning to use the inflatable in the next 2 weeks,it is best to inflate it and allow it to dry.

15. Where can inflatables (games& balloons) be displayed?

Backyards, parks, rooftops, cartops, parks, backyards, beaches or intercity terminals, in front of the show rooms or supermarkets. Actually, they can be displayed almost everywhere (indoor& outdoor).

16. How can we install the inflatables?

It is very easy for installation. Prepare the ground, open the package of inflatables and blower. Plug in the blower and inflate.
